Meet Madelene

With a background in Nutrition and Dietetics and a deep, ongoing yoga practice, I’ve learned to live and lead with intention. Healthful living has inspired a whole new perception of self-love for me, and I created Make with Madelene to help others experience that same transformation.

Through nourishing meals, soulful cooking experiences, and compassionate guidance, my work supports women through all of life’s seasons—especially the most sacred ones. Whether you’re preparing for motherhood, hosting a retreat, or simply trying to eat more intuitively, I’m here to help you heal and live vibrantly.
