Hi, I’m Madelene.
I’m a plant-based chef, nutrition guide, and forever student of the body. With a degree in Nutrition & Dietetics and over 500 hours of yoga teacher training, I’ve learned how powerful food and daily rituals can be in helping us feel whole, grounded, and well.
These practices have changed my life—and I created Make with Madelene to share them with others. Whether I’m cooking for new mamas, leading retreats, or creating space for women to reconnect with their bodies, my work is rooted in love, intention, and a deep belief that nourishment is sacred.
